1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • BossB Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally, but customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing delays.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
